The options process will start in the first half of the Spring Term, when Mr Seneque will meet with Year 9 pupils to discuss the various subjects available, and what each course will entail. We always try our best to ensure that, if possible, we are able to offer both academic and vocational courses to suit the needs of all of our pupils.
Once all pupils have been canvassed and we have selected the courses we will be able to offer, a meeting is held for all pupils and parents. All courses will be explained in detail as to what is required from pupils during the two years, and parents and pupils will be able to speak to teachers and Heads of Faculty regarding the course.
Forms will then be sent out for pupils and parents to complete and return, signed, confirming their choices.
